On or Before November 3RD, 2026 in the General Election.
If you live in the following States:
Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or, Wyoming, this notice applies to you regarding your vote for a United States Senator.
The following United States Senators Co-Signed a letter addressed to President Donald J. Trump, opposing the rescheduling of Marijuana to a Schedule 3 Drug. The senators listed below support draconian punishment up to and including LIFE IN PRISON FOR possessing a gram or more of any THC product. Marijuana has been demonized by bad policy for over 80 years, instigated by the late Harry Ainslinger with the Marijuana Tax of 1937.
In 2026 there are 34 Senate seats in 33 States up for election. If you live in one of these states, please vote for pro-cannabis candidates and against anti-cannabis ones. Currently, there are enough Senators and Representatives living in legal Marijuana states to invoke the 3/5ths rule to update the constitution by, introducing legislation in the form of a bill and get the signature of the President of United States. If the President does not sign the bill, Congress can override the veto with a majority vote in the House and the Senate.
You can vote for an entire political party that has a higher percentage of favoring marijuana reform on your ballot (Straight Party Vote). Or you can vote for individual candidates that support cannabis policies.
Finally, please do not forget to turn over your ballot to vote for non-partisan candidates like Judges, School Boards, and Proposals. These elected positions have a direct effect on your day-to-day life. Especially the judges!
